Graphical Networks is a software company founded in 2007 by former netViz employees, and we provide a novel approach to Data Visualization. Our suite of products includes graphTerrain, a general-purpose visualization tool, netTerrain, an IT Inventory and Data Center Management Infrastructure Solution, and an Integration Toolkit to import data from third-party data sources.
Our recently introduced graphTerrain is a web-based all purpose modeling, diagramming and collaboration solution with the ability to document diverse items from different environments such as networks, Enterprise Architecture views, workflows, and other general purpose drawings. netTerrain, is a full-fledged IT Inventory and Data Center Infrastructure Management solution with many automation features, such as built-in logic for smart device and rack management and business rules that assist in the life-cycle of data center and network operations. netTerrain is capable of visualizing and documenting the entire inside and outside plant. It includes sophisticated features for IT inventory, cabinet management, circuit and cable mapping and tracing, as well as network, system and application views within a secure and robust framework aided by an audit trail, Work Order Management and reporting engine with many built-in status and exception reports. For faster implementation times, the netTerrain Integration Toolkit comes armed with built-in adapters to third party Network and Asset Management systems (such as Solarwinds NPM, CA eHealth, CA Unicenter TNG, HPoV Operations, Microsoft MOM, Castle Rock SNMPc, What’s Up Gold, etc), an auto-discovery engine, and a utility for excel and netViz bulk imports.
Both Graphical Networks products run on a SQL Server database, utilize a web-based visualization engine with hierarchical drill-down capabilities and embedded data, record all changes to the baseline documentation in an audit trail, include a reporting engine and a secure framework with different configuration settings for the most stringent of environments.
